Obviously, the 1x2ML went bonkers last night. And it was all the fault of one more than slightly nutty member *sigh* I mean, telling the list to "fuck off" three or four times... nya X( But the mods were wonderful and dealt with the situation immediately. Thank you so much! *bows to kwycksylver

I remember a similar situation on the gw-fan list. Someone got on the list by mistake. A man, I think. And it was at same time that I posted a 13x6 plot bunny to see what people would say. He called me a bitch and told me to fuck off. On-list. I asked the moderators to deal with him when he wouldn't stop disturbing our discussion. My fault that I did it on-list. The main moderator accused me of being petty and whining like a little kid, that she had some troubles in her private life and couldn't deal with stuff like that. Well, EXCUSE ME! But isn't it her job to do it? I understand that she has real life with real problems. But usually there isn't just one admin there. I really felt like kicking her in the ass through the network. Since then, I really don't like the gw-fan list much :/

::HUGS:: That totally sucks! Thats why I made my own mailinglists. I have a 1x2x5 and a 3x4 and just a Duo Maxwell fandom where anything is allowed. I keep a close eyes on them to make sure everyone gets along.

I have the no email option for all the lists that I belong to so I have to go to the actual Yahoo groups site to read the posts. By the time I got online last night, all the posts were deleted except for Kwyck and Caro's comments. It sounds like I didn't miss much. That person is also on another list that I belong to, I think the SDDI, and they posted something along those lines there. I'm sure the admin on that list will take care of it.

I'm sorry you had problems on gw-fan. I used to be a member of that list but I dropped it maybe 2 years ago or so. It wasn't my cup of tea.

Hu? Strange mod at the gw fanlist then! Its not your fault that she had real life issues and if you are complaining on the mailing list, its her job to do something, even with rl problems (its not THAT much work to remove someone).

Didn't know you are on the 1x2 ml too ^^this morning, i was a bit like: "uh so many emails?" *g* Well i am glad it worked out in the end even though i am confused why this girl joined at all. She is into GW obviously (she said she likes one of the writers and she doesnt care what others think about her fics (why post it on a ml then?))so.. a bit strange
