On the TV Front

I'm really loving the relationship between Henry and Jo. I love that they can just casually sit around, sipping coffee, that she can lay her head onto his shoulder... It's lovely, scenes like that. I also love that her husband died of natural causes. Well, that sounded pretty weird, I don't "love" that he's dead, I'm just glad he wasn't killed, that he simply died of a heart attack. You don't see stuff like that on TV, there's always some hidden agenda. I just hope they won't go back on that and suddenly reveal that no, he was killed. That would piss me off!
I'm loving Tony and Zoe. I'm loving this mellower Tony. I'm loving that he went, "No, she's 22, for God's sake!" It's great. On a different note: Is Joe Spano sick? He looks positively emaciated and he's bald - he doesn't have cancer, does he? Please, don't tell me he's sick!
An interesting arc with LaSalle's brother. Cade is played by Clayne Crawford, Christian Kane's best friend since childhood. He seems to be getting a lot of work lately. He's a great martial artist, I wonder if they plan to use that. But back to the show - I liked how both Pride and Brody covered for LaSalle so that he could take care of his brother, that was really great. And I loved what Pride told LaSalle, that you can't help people unless they want you to help them and some people never become ready to get help and you need to accept that.
I really liked the last two episodes. There's something about Christian Kane, any of his characters, taking charge... I actually teared up when the girl died in his arms. And I loved all the alternate realities in the last one. I hope we get S2 but if we don't, then that was a really nice ending. Funny, adventurous and a real closure, too. I'm quite happy with that.
