katikatThat's one helluva weird series, let me tell you. Completely over the top and bizarre, bloody and gory... Sheesh! Though if you want to watch it, do it in one go or in big chunks. If I had to wait a whole week for a new ep, I think I would get bored really easily because for all the blood and killing, the show moves really slow. All 10 episodes is just one day. Yup, everything that happens in the show, happens within 24 hours, I kid you not.
My main draw was DJ Cotrona playing Seth Gecko. Zane Holz playing his brother Richie wasn't half bad either ;) And then there was Eiza Gonzales as Santanico Pandemonium... sheesh on a pogo stick, that woman is sex on legs. Her dance in the bar made me question my sexuality, seriously. Wow. And there was a guest part by Adrianne Palicki who played Seth Gecko's girlfriend - funny thing? Adrianne and DJ Cotrona were in GI Joe 2 together!
The show was renewed for S2 and I'm really curious where it's headed, considering Seth and Richie split, Seth going with Katie and Richie with Santanico.
