Ayano Yamane's one of the best mangakas out there so it really pains me to say that this manga was simply boring. I guess she was aiming for cute with the ukes in both stories, but I felt it was simply too drawn out, no real excitement. Yes, some graphic sex scenes but that was all. After Kazuma Kodaka's "Kiss Me, Teacher" manga, this one was a disappointment.

Podfic rec: Sherlock
Sep. 23rd, 2010 10:51 pm"Let You Kiss Me" by out_there, read by fayjay | John/Sherlock | Humor | The first time Sherlock kisses him, John keeps his eyes open, and so does Sherlock, and mostly, he wonders what Sherlock could possibly be up to. | 8.700 words/1 hr. 2 min.
This is so funny. I love fics where John goes all "Why am I living with this guy again?" because Sherlock does something nuttier than usual.
John's entire role in that phone conversation was dialling. He didn't say a single word. Mycroft doesn't need a disembodied skull to talk to; he uses the people around him for that. John doesn't know if that makes him better or worse than Sherlock… He settles on deciding the entire Holmes family is more trouble than they're worth.

I have this NCIS scene...

Seriously, I love D/s. But not the sexual part - there's a ton of sex related D/s fics in every fandom. It's the psychological side that fascinates me!
"Anthony," Gibbs said, his voice soft but commanding, and snapped his fingers.
Without hesitation, Tony folded to his knees, hands behind his back, head lowered. He held his position, unmoving but relaxed, eyes half-lidded and unfocused.
Glaring at Vance, Gibbs' voice dripped with insolence as he said, "Any more questions, Director?"
