Joshua knows exactly who he is and what he wants and his guidance is exactly what Neal needs in this fic. Peter's... well, let's just say more reluctant. And yes, the only pairing in this fic is Peter/Elizabeth and it's implied only. Neal and Joshua, Peter and Neal? All gen, believe it or not. Not that the possibility of a relationship isn't discussed, of course.

OMG!

I just watched ep 213 of the Canadian mystery show Murdoch Mysteries, a series where Yannick Bisson plays Det. Murdoch and it's set in Toronto at the beginning of the 20th century. And you know who was in the ep called Anything You Can Do? Dylan Neal!

Dylan Neal aka Mike Celluci on Blood Ties and Sheppard's brother on SGA! And you know who he played? Jasper Linney, Murdoch's brother! Sargeant of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and he was a literal clone of Benton Fraser from due South, his attitude, his knowledge, his behavior, everything! And the way he and Murdoch found out that they were brothers! Remember when Fraser got to know Maggie and found out she was his sister on dS? That kind of way! It was hilarious, hilarious, I'm telling you! \o/

Done with my WhiCo BB! I just sent it to my beta. Man, the editing took me longer than the writing itself, go figure. So glad to be all done with my assignments, it's strangely uplifting.

Also, Jeff Eastin posted a script page from the upcoming WhiCo episode here and it made me all excited for the ep! Wednesday morning, can it be Wednesday morning already? *bounces*

Book meme

Day 09 - Best scene ever:

There are lotsa of them but the first that comes to my mind? One in Wen Spencer's "Alien Taste", when Indigo and Ukiah make love in Ukiah's tree house for the first time and she finds out that Ukiah never had sex before which he explains with "well, most of the women I get to know are suffering from hypothermia" or something like that. He's so innocent about it and she feels like a cradle-robber :P

Day 10 - A book you thought you wouldn’t like but ended up loving:

"Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer. I've read so many bad reviews, but I ended up loving the book. The whole Cullen family was incredibly fascinating and it made me want to read more in the series.

Of series

I'm officially dropping Rizzoli & Isles. The cases are boring and I don't like the characters enough to suffer through mediocre writing. Isles' stunted social skills are unbelievable and Rizzoli's family's irritating. Giving up on this one.
