So, people are now leaving LJ and the fandom because of the Supernatural spoilers? I can understand de-friending comms - I filtered out supernatural_tv after all - but to leave the LJ completely? I mean, I'm really into SPN. Like really really into it. But no matter what happens to the show, it won't force me out of LJ. But maybe it's because I have an amazing flist! *snuggles friends*

--> This is a gen series and AU. Sam has had wings since he was a child but then he lost them in a dark magic ritual. But now, his wings are back and Sam and Dean have to learn to cope. Fantastic!

"What Is And What Should Never Be (Missing Scene)" by leonidaslion is a gen missing scene from the What Is... ep and finally a fic that deals with Dean's blood loss! Huzzah. I liked it very very much *beams*

Didn't happen to me, I just came across this in someone else's LJ but that's so ridiculous that I have no words :D The mod listed good reasons for removing the story but the wording... LMAO!

Supernatural fic rec:

"A Bad Beat" by huntergirl727 it's a gen AU to the episode All Hell Breaks Loose 2. Dean makes the deal with the crossroads!demon but he doesn't get a year - he has to give up his life immediately. Sam, Bobby and Ellen then try to return him back to life. The author did a great job! She used the dialogs from the ep, altered them slightly and they fit perfectly her version of events. You can almost see it as an episode!

I love the SXC site. It offers so many wonderful pictures... But to see them in their real size you have to join the site - and provide them with your real name and real snail mail addy and a phone number. Do I look dumb? I would love to download the pics in their real size but not if I have to give them my addy. Amazon or Barnes & Nobles is one thing, this is something completely different. They don't need my addy since they won't be shipping anything to me!

Heh, so Harry Potter is coming out. My reaction? So what. I'm not a HP fan girl and I never was. I saw the first movie and it bored me to tears. Yes, I'm a fantasy fan but this series is so not for me. It's probably all those silly names Rowling uses. And from what I heard in the news today, this book might not even be the last. She said she might write another one - yes, if the money is good, anything goes. Never say never again.
