Oh goody goody goody. I love this show. It's so incredibly slashy. I mean, there was this ep where Tony was was looking for a place to stay. Of course, nobody wanted him to stay with them. Especially not Gibbs with whom Tony obviously had lived for a while already. But as the ep was ending and Tony was walking away there was this scene:

Gibbs calls after Tony: My door is unlocked.
Tony answers with a grin: I know.
Gibbs grins.
