W -Wish-/Double Wish

katikatI just downloaded and watched the first episode of the W -Wish- aka Double Wish anime and it's actually really good. There are only 13 eps and each ep is only 12 minutes long so the files are rather small. The anime is about a boy who lost his memory in a car accident in which his parents were killed. Now he lives alone with his twin sister and leads a simple life. Though it bothers him rather lot that he can't remember what happened and what caused the accident.
The anime is beautifully drawn, has a nice music and the whole atmosphere just reminds you of hot summer days. The animators used the color brown and beige a lot so the whole setting looks warm and sorta cuddly - if that makes sense :D It's not an action, nor a mystery series. I would call it drama or "slice of life". It just gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling. At least that's my impression after watching the first episode. :P
I will definitely download the rest.
And for my friends who are downloading Erementar Gerard - episode 3.
Now I'm off to bed. I have to get up before 6 AM tomorrow since my first class starts at 7.30 AM *groans* And it's the History of German Language too. Blah :P
