katikatA cute ep but... I don't know, there was little to no... emotional impact, at least IMHO.
I mean, I loved the scenes with Neal and Kate, I think I understand better now why he fell in love with her, but overall it felt too... disconnected, like we were being told just parts of a bigger story but the most interesting chunks were being left out. It felt more like a setting for something bigger to come. And Neal's arrest was a bit of a let-down, nice and rather intimate, but I expected something more... exciting, you know? There was very little suspense in this ep. Or action for that matter.
I'm not saying it was a bad episode, far from it, there were some very nice insights into their lives, like the 'stache and tiny!Satchmo and the way Adler conned Neal but... Well, as I said, I expected something more.
