This is driving me bonkers. Do you maybe recognize this actor, friends? It's from an episode of Jake and the Fatman, so add 20+ years. I know that I've seen him on some show (semi-)recently:

Nope, not Alan Campbell. This guy was only in one episode, from Hawaii. He was there to paint McCabe's portrait - and to get on McCabe's last nerve.

The ep is called Nevertheless, the one where Richard Burgi plays a guy who kills his much older wife to spend her money with her niece played by Nancy Sorel. I tried to use IMDB but to no avail. And my copy of the file didn't have the opening titles :(
