What is it with the characters behaving like jerks lately? First David has it for the arms dealer, now Colby deliberately scares off prostitutes in need of a help to... what? Talk to a guy? That's such a sucky behavior that I couldn't believe my eyes there for a minute! And David with the prostitute, they knew it wasn't her, but he was all "we'll rip your life apart just because we can if you don't remember anything." The serial killer was actually right - when it came down to hookers, both David and Colby's attitude changed. Also, Charlie's condescending attitude is irking me so much. This time, it was towards Lazlo. I don't know if it was a purpose or David Krumholtz's acting, but to me, he didn't seem amused, simply condescending. And Nikki - they seriously let her back on the case in her state? Seriously? That's dangerously close to jumping the shark, IMHO.
What I loved was David asking Colby if he was alright and why he didn't want to drive anymore. That was pretty sweet :) And I liked that Nikki decided to look into the murdered prostitute case. And Larry!
Man, I loved Elizabeth Hopkins, the insurance agent. What a classy lady! I loved that she was strong without being bitchy, which, obviously, is a hard thing to accomplish for writers in general.
But, man, what was with David again? Suddenly, he's turning into a communist? Rich people automatically deserve bitchy attitude? I loved the scene where Hopkins got right in his face about it.
Also, they really don't put Don on the streets anymore, do they? If it wasn't for the watch thingy, he wouldn't even have to be there... :(
I know I'm complaining about a lot of things in these N3 reviews - but I just don't seem to recognize these characters anymore, strange *scratches head*
2 more eps to go!
