Love this question for Tim DeKay!
Apr. 8th, 2010 09:58 pmQ: Do you think Neal will always be loyal to Peter or is there something that can possibly turn him...?
Tim DeKay: I would hope that Neal would always be loyal to Peter, I do, because I know that Peter is loyal to Neal. Link
This made me very, very happy :) I mean, I know that some people want more "depth" - as in, Peter with an agenda of some sorts - but I don't. I love that we have two characters here who, despite being so different, trust each other completely. There's no back-stabbing, no betrayal. It's those two against everybody and that just rocks my socks.
And on that subject. I wanted to write some more today but I'm so incredibly, terribly tired. My brain's mush. I don't even know why, I haven't worked almost at all today. I think I'll just go to bed and read for a while. I feel completely drained...

Date: 2010-04-08 08:15 pm (UTC)I'm loving that Peter is pretty much exactly who he appears to be. No hidden agendas, no evil plots, just an honest guy trying to do the right thing for all the right reasons. :)
And because Peter is so honest and doesn't let Neal get away with anything he makes me like Neal - it's because Peter sees something good in Neal that I want to see it too. Hell he even puts up with Mozzie because Mozzie is Neal's friend. I don't know that I'd have given Neal as much of a chance if Peter didn't so obviously like him right from the beginning.
