Stargate assailant gets 5 years in jail:

A Los Angeles judge Wednesday sentenced Dominic Bando to five years in prison for assaulting Stargate Atlantis actor Jason Momoa, officials said.

Momoa needed 140 stitches after Bando hit him in the face with a pint beer glass that shattered during an altercation at the Bird Cafe in Los Angeles last year.

Wow, assault with a deadly weapon. No wonder since Jason needed 140 stitches! Sheesh!

I haven't seen a pic of the guy who attacked Jason but it makes you think. Jason Momoa is like, tree tall and not a willowy sapling, either. I wonder if Dominic Bando is as big as a house or just buckets of crazy? Poor Jason.
