Erm, NCIS

Well, you remember me saying that I wouldn't watch this week's ep of NCIS until next week? Here's the proof that I'm a creature of weak will *head/desk*

I like all the intrigue but I'm afraid that it'll get too complicated for people to follow and the ratings will drop :(

I loved the part where Gibbs leaned towards Tony and softly asked him what he had in mind and to keep on that. They haven't had enough scenes together lately...

Another thing I liked was that Tony came to Ziva's apartment to talk, that he wanted to give her the chance to explain herself and that he gave Rivkin every possible chance to surrender. No one can blame Tony for Rivkin's death, he did everything as he should, no jealous outrage, he calmly followed protocol.

Callen was mentioned! As being in critical condition. Too bad that we won't get to see that in the spin-off. I would love to see his team's reaction :(

And what's cute? McGee and Abby. I want to cuddle them and take them home with me ;P Oh, and Ducky strangling Fornell. Ha!

Conclusion? Is it next week already? *bites nails*

They did jam an awful lot of information into this episode, but I don't think it's too complicated.

Yes! Callen is still alive. And I'm betting he'll stay that way. They wouldn't have brought him up just to kill him off.

Tony and Gibbs together are great. Definitely not enough of them together. And you'll notice that Gibbs is cutting Tony loose (sometimes to a great deal of pouting on Tony's part), to work on his own. Gibbs definitely trusts Tony to run things for himself.

I thought he handled the whole thing with Ziva and Michael very well. Well, the clandestine ambush at lunch, get out of town or else thing might hav been a bit much, but I think part of that was covering Ziva's ass because she had to have known that Michael had made himself persona-non-grata.

Abby, Tim and Ducky are as always, made of cute. *G*

Next week should be really good. NCIS is good about not leaving total cliff-hangers at season end (just sorta). I hope they follow suit this year.

Yes, he might have gone too far with the restaurant thing, on the other hand, I liked that he took the "you are using her and I don't want to see her hurt" thing, not "she's mine, back off" thing.

I do like Tony/Ziva on the show - and Gibbs/Tony in fics ;P - but I really do think that he's doing it to protect her, not out of a deep love for her or something.

And did you see the preview? I do hope that Gibbs won't blame Tony for Rivkin's death. That would piss me off!
