Random

First, a big hug to [livejournal.com profile] sharona1x2 *hugs*

Now to the random stuff:
* I started reading "Bone Crossed" by Patricia Briggs - that woman has a way to engage her readers. Love it so far \o/
* I bought like five DVDs at the newspaper stand this morning - among them Columbo, The Island and The Fast and the Furious. I mean, for 2.50 bucks each?
* Yesterday, they finally delivered this baby to me: SONY NWZS638FS.CEV video MP3 walkman. Now to just find a software that would convert my .avi files to .mp4. The one that I have refuses to convert big files.

I love Patricia Briggs. I usually buy her books immediately but since 'Bone Crossed' is hardcover and funds are a little tight right now I put in for it at the library. I started out 169th on the list O.O but now I'm up to 21. Couple of more weeks and I'll probably have it. I'm not used to exercising patience in these matters!

I got it as an ebook but then my boss received it for reviewing purposes - we will be publishing Briggs' Mercy Thompson series - so he lent it to me in hardcover form :P

Hah Columbo! I don't watch it (I'm more Murder She Wrote etc) but my parents do and I know it's a pretty fun show!

http://www.divx-digest.com/software/3gp_converter.html#downloads this is the one I use for converting stuff for my ipod, it's fast and usually works fine and has converted up to 700mb for me (I've never tried anything bigger). :)

Thank you for the tip!

I actually watched both. In MSW, I hated that nephew of hers, now I can't remember his name, he was such an idiot. Oh, and also Michael, the British spy who always got her in trouble and she always forgave him. But I loved Seth.

Grady? Yeah he kinda was but I always considered it part of his charm. XD Michael was a complete prat but a charming one and *shrugs* I think my favorite was Dennis Stanton (former jewel thief turned insurance investigator) and anyone in the beauty parlor. It was just such a fun show y'know? Oh yeah and Seth is utter love!
