Interesting!

--> I'm now the proud owner of S2 of Stargate: Atlantis on DVD!

--> According to TV.com, another Smallville actor/actress loses his/her "regular" status and is demoted to "recurring" only.

--> Star Trek's George Takei: Gay Marriage Ruling Is "Simply Exquisite": "Takei announced on his Website that he and Brad Altman, his partner of 21 years, will be taking advantage of the new California state law allowing marriage for all couples, regardless of gender combo." Congratulations! *vbg*

--> Nikki Finke says: "There are a lot of tipsters telling me that network boss Dawn Ostroff won't be around to see the CW's early launch on September 1st." Interesting...

I really am curious to how Smallville will play out next season, considering half its cast is gone, and the original writers and such are gone. Granted Kara/Supergirl wasn't THAT big a part of season 7, they sure pushed her enough to only take her away in season 8? I just don't get it. Especially with the big names that have already dropped regular status. Oh well... I am sure it'll be the last season for the show.

Maybe they really want to concentrate on Clark and Lois? I hope not because we were there and done that in a different series but I can't think of anything else.

Kara really flied to outer CW space, lol

*g* Kara reminded me a lot of Buffy's little sister. They just needed to introduce a teenager again, someone who could keep discovering their abilities now that Clark has them - mostly - under control. Sheesh XP

Wait: so, they're totally getting rid of her? Awesome!

That George Takai thing is so wonderful. I love that gays and lesbians are finally going to be able to get married in California.

Possibly. I mean, Nikki Finke does get things wrong from time to time, but the way the network's going, I wouldn't be surprised. I mean, the first thing to do to save a network is to fire the old boss, right?

I didn't know that George Takei was gay but it's so awesome! Like really. I wish him the best luck!

Wait... Kara? I mean so we've got Clark, Lois, Jimmy and possibly Chloe for next season. That's quite the pared down cast. *puzzles*

I wonder what we're in store for...

Yes, it does kind of sound like a remake of the series Lois and Clark, doesn't it? XD

I was thrilled when our state supreme court made that ruling and I'm very happy that George and Brad are getting married! Yay!

I was so happy about that too and I don't even live in the US. For once, reason was the winner!
