Working here and I need your help...

The surname "DeBrouchee"... How would you read it? The "chee" at the very end? Sorta like "fiancée" or more like the "ee" in "see"? The whole name is Montolio DeBrouchee and his nick is Mooshie...

I would just call him Mooshie. That last name is just.... wow. I'm so glad my last name is an easier one.

The thing is that I need to transcribe it into Czech. "Mooshie" is "Muši" in Czech so I need to know if "DeBrouchee" should be "Debrušé" or "Debruši". "Debruši" corresponds with the nickname but it sounds really weird X(

Montolio DeBrouchee is one of the characters in Salvatore's "Sojourn" book *sigh*

Shouldn't it be read French? It looks so for me... DeBruush I would guess.

If it was French, it would be read as "é" because there are two "e". Only when there is only one "e" it isn't it read at all.

Matt and I have consulted and we would pronounce the 'chee' part like 'she' with a drawn out 'e'. Hope that helps!
