The Persuaders! and work...

I finally found someone who knows the British TV series The Persuaders! and loves it as much as I do! *smishes [livejournal.com profile] the_orange_nin* Brett and Danny and their amazingly comfortable relationship... *glee*

I'm translating an interview with R. A. Salvatore at the moment. Guh, "Campbellian theory" and "deconstructionalists" and "critical analysis of literature"... Well, at least Joseph Campbell reminds me of Jared Padecki and his "the taught teachings of Joseph Campbell" XD

Weeee! I didn't list all my manga since I was away from it at the time of my writing of that post and because some of the ones I've listed aren't mine, they're actually my best friend's I just love them sooo.

And no, scans are not like the book. I'd definitely get the book over the scan but if it's not been liscensed and I don't know if it will? Then I'll download it.

Demon Diary- Oooo, this was one of my very first manga's (or within that time period I think) and it's soooo great. Weeee!

Incubus - Damn. I've read the second volume of this (looked and could not for the life of me find the first one) and it was fabulous!

Eerie Queerie - *chuckle* I think this was like the first shounen-ai series I actually bought. Looking back on it it's rather tame isn't it? But fun. And I don't know if you got this but on the forth book I have for it it has a Parental Warning and it confused the hell out of me.

Innocent Bird - Oh my gosh. This one is actually a case of read the scan first and then the books actually got liscened!

Petshop of Horrors - Eeeee! *huggles it*

Wild Rock- Mwahahahaha. What's *not* to love about this book?

And yeah, read most of those as well. Damn, you've got good taste. *winks*

I just asked a friend of mine to buy some manga for me in Germany. The US market has great series but in Germany, there are some manga out that haven't been published in the US yet. Like Gestalt by Yun Kouga (I saw the OVA to it and it's really good) or The Demian Syndrom *points at her icon* or Ja Dou, both by Mamiya Oki...
