Sherlock 201
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! If you want to whine and moan and piss, go somewhere else, this is a whine-free zone. I mean it.
I literally loved everything about it. The cinematography, the pacing, the story, the music... Fantastic!!!
Irene Adler was awesome! She was a lesbian and a dominatrix and she was so, so gorgeous and shameless and sneaky! I loved that even though she was a lesbian and Sherlock asexual, they still clicked and they kept one-upping each other!
And John! His blog, his glee, his snark... The way he cared about Sherlock so much.
And Sherlock and John! Sherlock all pissy that nobody was interested in his tobacco ashes but everybody read John's blog. Sherlock making fun of John's g-friends - and John not remembering much about his current g-friend. Them giggling in the Buckingham Palace. Everybody - again - assuming they were b-friends, LOL! John's exasperation!
And Sherlock and Mycroft! So many wonderful scenes. The sheet-scene was priceless. And it was so obvious that Mycroft loved his brother - and even Sherlock's affection for Mycroft was felt too.
And Mrs. Hudson. She was so cool, the way she kept Sherlock's phone hidden, the way she obviously liked her boys so much. Aww...
Man, oh man! I need to watch it again right now! It more than lived up to my expectations, it exceeded them by miles and leaps! So happy!
