It was from the last SPN episode, when Michael was explaining to Dean why he could use John's body as a vessel. He mentioned that Dean and Sam are related through blood to Cain and Abel. Dean says, "Awesome. Six Degrees of Heaven Bacon." I'm still laughing at that one. That Kevin Bacon joke never gets old.
