Cinemaspy said that S6 was a done deal. And SpoilerTV reported that Supernatural - among others - was in negotiation for S6. Every critic seems to think that there'll be S6. Even Jim Beaver said that it looked like there might be at least one more season. I think that at this point, the ratings don't matter all that much. SPN is in syndication and each episode filmed is more money for WB in fees.
