Of TV shows...

Some news from the USA Network...

NBC announced that Monk and Psych would make the jump from basic cable to prime-time broadcast television in March, as the network repurposes shows from NBC-owned USA.

and

TV Guide's Michael Ausiello is reporting that USA is canceling both The 4400 and The Dead Zone.

Yay, more exposure for Psych! Though I feel bad for the fans of The 4400 and The Dead Zone. I was never a fan but that doesn't mean I wanted to see them canceled :(

Oh, and how do we know that the next episode of Supernatural will air Jan 31st? SpoilerFix still lists it for Jan 3rd...

That really was a logical stopping point. At the same time it would have been interesting to see what they could have done with it, if they hadn't gone insane. At least we got the full Armageddon storyline though.

With a deep and abiding passion my dear. She's stayed around for *far* to many seasons. It should be the 'Clark and Lex' show not 'Lana Queen and Master of the Universe... oh and that one guy as well'. Oh Smallville, why do you hurt me so?

I am not sure if "insane" is the right word. More like without any idea where to go with the show? I really loved the scene where older blind John comes into view. Or where the cane guy shows Johnny the page from the magazine. That were good cliffhangers.

I am just watching the pilot of Smallville and Lana is there this small girl that even trough prom queen, she is... bleached. And the chemistry between Lex and Clark! *drool*

I need more Lex/Clark porn *scratches head*

Just ignore the last seasons and take what is good in the show.

True enough, insane probably was rather harsh. I just couldn't quite figure out what I actually meant. More like they... couldn't figure out where to go from there I guess. They did have some awesome moments. I just wish they'd kept it up.

Ah, Smallville. The first three seasons are completely awesome and then along comes season four and it kinda spirals out of control. Ooooooh yes the Clex (clark/lex) is absolutely *amazing* and heartbreaking and just *sniffle* awesome. It's pretty much on par for the comics as well. At least in the 'they need each other to stay sane' sense.

Ooooh man, I can link you to some scorching hot clex stuff. Though you may want to get a little farther in the series otherwise you'd be mightily confused.

I do try to do that. I mean it's difficult on like Smallville where it's just rather painful now (but has it's good moments still and such) but I do love my shows and I still remember why I love them. :)

Hehe, I did watch Smallville more then once, even trough not all the seasons (not the latest, these only once so far).

I agree with you, the season where magic comes in is screwed. Which crazy person thought about mixing Buffy and Smallville (among other things).

I've already read my share of Smallville fics, and most of them were recommended by Katikat, because from the huge amount, I just could not find the good ones. From this fandom, I love Family, love and Friendship and ... how was the second.. Where I never travelled? And one more.. it was ... I dont remember, but it was another mpreg :) Amazingly good.

From the last seasons, the best Clark-Lex episode was I think where Lex and Clark were trapped together underground. Still something from the old relationship to glimpse.
