White Collar 113-116
113: I loved how Mozzie let El drag him everywhere because she scared him! And then Moz and Neal helped her! And then Peter caught El lock-picking and Neal with her! And then El, Neal and Mozzie were sitting on a couch while Peter yelled at them! And then Peter complained about always eating dinner with criminals! And then El pretended to be an FBI agent and Mozzie told her she looked like Wonder Woman! And Neal was so nostalgic when he talked about stake-outs with Peter - he secretly loves them! I bet listening to Peter telling stories must be what a goodnight story told by a father is for a kid. So yeah, the case was kinda boring but all the characters were pitch perfect!
114: The character stuff at the beginning was so awesome! Peter keeping Neal busy and telling everybody to keep an eye on him! Peter all scared of his father-in-law! Mozzie! The doll! And Diana is engaged, woohoo!
115: Oh, I loved the thief they were after and I hope we see him again. And I'm glad that Mozzie told him the truth so that he could run. That was wonderful, to be honest! And I liked that Neal and Sara talked. I'm liking them so much as friends!
116: That was heartbreaking, the cliffhanger, I mean. The way Peter shook his head at Neal, telling him to run. He preferred Neal on the run but free than under Kramer's thumb for life. He knew that would have destroyed Neal. Kramer was so full of rage against Neal that he would've made it felt, not matter the respect he had for Neal's abilities. I'm sure that Peter will pay for that, for Neal's escape, but I think he and El both will think it was worth it. You could see just how proud Peter was of Neal, how fond he was of him. They finally started seeing things the same way and all they wanted was to be left in peace. But then Kramer happened...
I also loved how June and Sara covered for Neal. I wonder if there was a hint of truth in June's words, that she wanted a son. I hope so. The way she cares about Neal...
And I'm wondering about Neal's family. Neal's father's partner was in witness protection. Does that mean that Neal was in witness protection too? That would be kinda cool. So, I bet that Caffrey's not his real name. And the witness protection thing would be a good reason for why Peter didn't know anything about Neal's life before his 18th birthday.
Lovely. It was very, very lovely. And I'm very happy with how it turned out. This is what I've been missing in the first part of the season. And it's back now, full force. Great!
