Um... why didn't they just transplant Nate? And/Or, didn't they learn that having a shrink around doesn't solve most problems FROM Nate?

Well, it'll be interesting. And yes, McGee may be the only one who doesn't *desperately* need shrinking... so I can't wait to see how this goes down. ;)
