I loved Callen suffering in the driving school! And how everybody made fun of him! And the way Sam always slapped him on the shoulder - aww!

And Kensi, when she told them that they either take her with them or she would tell. Ha!

But the best part? Hetty! I loved the "A bit more 'oompf'" part and then her driving the little vehicle at the end - she was enjoying herself so much!

I second it :D I think the show does a wonderful job with protective!Sam without turning G into a woobie.

Those two remind me of John and Ronon. But thankfully, these writers decided to actually show that Sam's not only big and strong and can kick butt but he's also highly intelligent - it always irked me that the SGA writers made Ronon a dumb savage, totally burying the fact that in a deleted scene, they made him an artist.

I agree they could have done tons more with Ronon, though I disagree he was written as a dumb savage. His home world was very modern and he wasn't very people friendly, and preferred action to long explanations, but he was written as an eager solider. The first few eppys he was show more 'savage-like' but that was him learning to acclimate from being a runner to being around modern things again after seven years.

But of course they dd have to delete the one really cool scene about him being an artist.

What stands out in my mind is the scene in The Daedalus Variations where Ronon starts smashing the keyboard with his fists and Sheppard had to tell him "Stop that, Chewie, the keyboard is your friend" or something like that. That was rather caveman-ish :(

True. I'm not denying where the writing sunk low, (and some fanfic writers copy that mentally) but to a degree I enjoy Ronon's shoot things first ask questions later :D

Meant to add that I agree about Sam. The man was a SEAL, I'm glad they write him as very intelligent (he'd have to be) AND physically imposing.

I love it when Sam speaks Arabic. I don't know if it's correct or not, but it does sound cool :P
